AECOM is seeking an Architectural Designer to join the architectural staff in the Coral Gables, FL office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist staff architects and will be responsible for BIM management and drafting of project designs and construction documents
Work with minimal direction and may oversee the work of less experienced designers
Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and/or coordination with subcontractors and may include business development and marketing support for proposals and presentations
Travel to client sites globally on assigned projects
Travel is estimated at 5%, but could vary based on project requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB)
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)/REVIT
5+ years of experience working to deliver a variety of project types using Revit ranging from design through construction administration
Valid driver's license required
Knowledge of central Florida architectural codes and practices is desired
Experience with AutoCAD and Sketchup
