We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with the Area Manager in our Canberra office. You will work on a broad range of tasks and play a key role in the effective and smooth operation of the Canberra office. This role will have you liaising with a variety of people including Corporate Executives and Support Teams. Duties include:
Plan and manage Area Manager diary, emails and travel
Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, group forums, corporate and office events
Work closely with Corporate Teams to facilitate corporate programs
Develop and review high level documents such as the internal government newsletter
Assist the Area Manager to manage office operations
Work closely with the HR Partners to communicate people movement and updates to employees
Coordinate weekly and monthly financial reports with Regional Finance and Operations Manager
Provide administrative support and collaborate with support team to deliver outcomes at a local level

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)
Exceptional high level communication skills
Impeccable time management, organisational and multi-tasking ability
Experience in implementing new procedures
- Formal administration qualifications will be highly regarded
