Job Summary

Plan, implement, and maintain the cyber security program for the CWIC. Work with the CWIC staff and partners to conduct cyber security-related systems administration to meet time-critical event requirements. Leverage knowledge and experience with certification, authorization, and cyber security policies and procedures to configure, manage, and maintain CWIC networks, systems, applications, and interconnections at a mission-appropriate risk posture. Develop and maintain required authorizing documentation for the CWIC in accordance with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor Degree and 3 years or 8 years of cyber security technical and/or policy support experience; understanding of NIST Risk Management Framework; excellent communications, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required; and a current SECRET clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor degree in computer science or related field; three (3) years of DOD cyber security policy or technical support experience; DOD certification and authorization experience; DISA STIG compliance experience to include use of Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS); Windows, Linux (Red Hat), and VMWare set-up and system administration experience.

Other Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Host Based Security System (HBSS); GIAC certification; Red Hat certification; Microsoft certification; and/or VMWare certification desired.
