URS/AECOM has an opening for a Property Book Team Chief in Kuwait.
The PBTC is responsible to provide support to Government Property Book Officer (PBO) through management of property accountability and asset visibility of all equipment provided for use in theater. The PBTC provides instruction in property accountability matters, manages hand receipts, establishes and maintains property accountability records in PBUSE, coordinates with appropriate organizations regarding property movement, provides support for physical inventories, provides assistance in audits, and preparation of reports. The PBTC identifies, investigates, troubleshoots problems, and implements necessary corrective actions. The PBTC is the primary Contractor POC through which the PBO/Responsible Officer will coordinate Government requirements.
The PBTC must have at least 10 years of Army property management experience and must be highly skilled with PBUSE and possess in-depth knowledge of supply program relationships, concepts and methodologies pertaining to Supply/Property Book Accountability and supply areas of logistics operations.
Experience at the Division property book level is required.
Must be a U. S citizen.
Requires a Secret Security Clearance.
