Job Summary

URS/AECOM has an opening for a Production Control Clerk- MWO Coordinator in Kuwait.

­Review compiled and record production data for government functions to prepare records and reports on volume, consumption, quality control and other aspects of production. Enforce supply discipline. Specific tasking for this position can be located in the applicable work center Job Qualification Standards (JQS). The following represents general duties and responsibilities this position will be required to complete.

Essential Responsibilities:

Upload all MWOs applied to the Modification Management Information System (MMIS) and update in AWRDS

Develop schedule and coordinate installation of MWOs on equipment

Update equipment records for MWOs, MAMs, GPAs and SOUMs as part receipt inspection, cyclic maintenance, and processing of assets

Review compiled production data from such documents as customer orders, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets.

Perform PMEL functions as directed.

Calculate factors such as type and quantity of items produced, material used, amount of scrap, frequency of defect, and worker and department production rates.

Monitor AWP Program for cross cannibalization and requisitioning discrepancies.

Prepare and forecast production reports based on data compiled, tabulated, and computed.

Coordinate Tool/Warranty functions.

Maintain files of documents/reports required by the Statement of Work (SOW).

Extract and compile data from customer orders, Technical Orders and detailed production sheets for use by production workers as guides in assembly or manufacture of required products.

Maintain and post property, validate and process property/transactions and records.

Prepare written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities.

Maintain material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.

Comply with all applicable contractual programs and regulations, i.e. tools, safety, security, HAZMAT, support equipment, housekeeping and FOD prevention programs.

Audit supply and reports for accuracy.

Update HAZMAT/EMIS records.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • A thorough knowledge of the procedures specified by AFMAN 23-110, Volume 2, Part 2 for the control and scheduling of material/equipment is required.

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

  • The ability to read, write and interpret technical directives is required. A minimum of one (1) year experience in Material Control is required.
