Position Title Senior Project Assistant (Contract)

Job Summary

  • Support and work closely with Senior Executives in coordinating meetings and travel arrangement

  • Manage special projects and events

  • Respond to inquiries, overseeing incoming communications, and when appropriate, initiating action on the executives’ behalf

  • Interact with senior executives, internal and external business partners, and other key stakeholders

  • Assist in preparing external and internal correspondences, reports and minutes

  • Perform other related projects and ad hoc duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in secretary or executive assistant experience

  • Good experience in administrative support function

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

  • Cooperative with team spirit

Preferred Qualifications

  • SPM or above with formal secretarial training
