AECOM’s Buildings and Places team has an opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to provide high level of support in our Brisbane office. Utilising your strong attention-to-detail and your ability to proactively manage your workload, you will effectively support the delivery of both project and business development (bids), and administration services in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
This role will give you the opportunity to use your well-developed communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and work with Project Teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth facilitation of workflow for financial and administrative systems, compilation of bid and project documents, updating Client Relationship management database, as well as providing general administrative support where required.
This is a permanent, part-time position offered as 3 days per week, with the potential for increased hours based on project and business requirements. Working in a dynamic, project-based environment, this role will require flexibility around the hours and days worked.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience providing administrative support in a similar role;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio);
Knowledge of In Design – desirable
Experience with Oracle + Salesforce – advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification.
