Job Summary

The Role

The Bid Coordinator will contribute to winning bid strategies and to the coordination and preparation of proposals for the Civil Infrastructure group. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, Civil Infrastructure you will deliver high quality bid documents and general support to the Bid Group team as well as the broader Civil Infrastructure team in Brisbane.

You will provide a solution focussed, proactive approach to tasks and duties in regard to tenders/bids/proposals and will contribute through your understanding of the bidding procedure and the key drivers for the overall business through building relationships with the bid team and all technical staff of the business.

Minimum Requirements

About You

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role where you have been required to co-ordinate stakeholders through the proposal process in a high paced demanding environment

In addition your strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to all levels within the organisation, coupled with your excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills whilst remaining agile with meeting deadlines, will be key selection criteria.
