AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Project Controls Engineer for immediate employment for the Boston, MA office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
Coordinate with project management, design teams and contractors
Provide provide cost planning and value engineering
Maintain cost control procedures, preparing project cost reports and budgets
Prepare cash flow reports
Analyze and negotiate change order requests and invoices
Review and agree applications for payment
Review and agree final accounts and project close-out
Bachelor's Degree in related field
7+ years of experience
Experience in change management and ability to assess changes against construction contracts
Experience preparing budgets, cash flow analyses and other financial reports
Demonstrated client management, communication and organization skills
Ability to think strategically, plan and problem solve
Capacity to work in a team setting with minimal supervision or direction
Ability to write complex business documents, such as reports, papers, detailed letters and emails
Attention to detail and quality
Demonstrated stability and longevity in job history
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project/Primavera P6 highly desirable
Intermediate to advance knowledge of SAP highly desirable
