AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Document Control Administrator IV for immediate employment at our client facility in Blaine, WA. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.
Review engineering packages for quality and compliance with client document management standards and policies.
Assemble and issue engineering packages for small cap refinery projects
Manage the document and drawing status for over 75 engineering projects in various stages of design and construction
Support program and project managers with administrative tasks such as tracking RFIs, file set up, word processing, document reproduction
Support discipline engineers with project information tasks related to equipment and line number requests and tracking, vendor document management, engineering document management.
Level Specific Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, resolves most problems but refers more complex issues to higher levels.
Processes documents (including indexing into database and/or enterprise content management system).
May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.
May orient, train, assign, and check the work of lower level employees.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed above.
- High School diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in information management.
Proven knowledge and experience with enterprise content management systems and Microsoft Windows environment.
Demonstrated Field/Construction Document Management experience on large, complex programs or projects.
Knowledge and experience with Documentum or Sharepoint.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro preferred.
Must be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential Card (TWIC)
