Job Summary

AECOM is looking for

CLEARED Custodians!

  • Must have an active TS SCI government clearance in order to be considered

  • Full Time Fixed Weekday Day Shift

Monday - Friday: 8.5 hour shifts between the core hours of 6am - 6pm

Custodians perform the following duties:

  • Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping and scrubbing floors, empty waste containers, low and high cleaning

  • perform restroom cleaning, restroom checks, clean water fountains, clean fitness centers, showers and locker rooms

  • clean freight and passenger elevators

  • clean and polish furniture and fixtures, clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors at prescribed heights

  • clean walls, machines, and equipment

  • shampoo carpets, strip, seal, finish, and polish floors

  • follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners

  • empty waste containers, deliver collected refuse to the loading dock

  • assist in Special Events setups

  • monitor building for maintenance/safety/security issues and report any violations to immediate Supervisor or Management

  • maintains custodial equipment in a clean, safe operable condition

  • report shortage of supplies and equipment failures to immediate Supervisor or Management

  • performs other related work as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph - TS/SCI with a government polygraph

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be able to lift 50 Pounds

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to operate cleaning machines such as buffers, scrubbers, etc.
