We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. Job Summary

Review AECOM collaterals as oppose to PRC market trends and opportunities, coordinate with each discipline leaders to plan consolidated brochures as well as presentational ppt, aiming to strength ranking and cross-sell;

Lead all substance planning of company's internal exchange with focus on PRC for elevating branding;

Liaison with "AECOM symposium" as a newly initiated platform enabling speech/sharing sessions and for building AECOM community for technical excellence, as well as to document/spread AECOM intelligence across GC offices and beyond;

Coordinate PRC marketing efforts with regional Marcomm team and leadership for aligning overall marketing efforts;

Event planning for 2 major public programs per fiscal year that promote AECOM brand and support PRC's strategic agenda;

Build and maintain public media network and partnership, aiming at continued and consistent market presence by various public exposure;

Lead, plan and maintain on-line branding including Wechat with sim to promote AECOM thought leadership;

Work closely with regional BD task force and district/practice leadership to materialize marketing efforts into client base and contractual opportunities.

Minimum Requirements 9 - 10 years relevan working experience;

experience of leading a team.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in construction companies would be an advantage.
