About the Business Line
We provide services with a concentration in economic analysis. Our economic services encompass planning and programming, measuring and testing, and strategy and implementation for a broad range of clients.
Provides administrative support to professional/technical staff.
Understands and follows Company and office policies and procedures.
Assists Project Managers with project administrative and financial aspects of various projects.
May assists PMs in preparing contracts with clients and sub-consultants, as well as contract modifications, etc.
Assist on project invoice and payment process.
Assist on expense reports and various form preparation for approval.
Coordinate with other teams on daily administrative issues.
Other tasks assigned by people manager.
College or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, about 1 - 4 years’ experience.
Good problem solving, organizational, people, math and accounting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and on multi-disciplinary teams.
Relevant work experience is preffered.
