Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast paced environment, has a flexible outlook and enjoys working creatively within in a team.

Forming part of the Governance, Risk, Compliance & Information Security (GRCIS) Team, the IT Asset Management Team is responsible for Hardware and Software Asset Management across Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.

Working closely with the Software Asset Manager (SAM), the ITAM Coordinator ‘s main focus will be supporting how we capture software license information and getting this visible within Flexera (software asset management tool) so that all teams within IT can view what software agreements we have in place. Full training will be provided to support you in your new career.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with and manage relationships with software vendors

  • Management of day to day queries from users across the business relating to software agreements and pricing

  • Ownership for managing software renewal contracts

  • Working with IT Service Delivery Teams to ensure they have information they require to complete software installations

  • Flexera (software asset management tool) data entry – Entering purchase orders, invoices, contract & license information

  • Review, edit & create process work flows and work instructions

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent ICT skills - MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. In particular ability to analyse and manipulate data in to reports.

  • Ability to liaise with suppliers along with building relationships with internal teams.

  • Organised and effective with high attention to detail.

  • Customer Service - demonstrates a Can Do approach to delivering a high quality customer service.

  • Willingness to support team members in delivering the department’s services and responding confidently to issues.

  • Enjoys identifying improvements and interested in representing the team on internal projects.

  • Experience of using internal or external tools to track and record work, for example: Service/IT call management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum with Maths and English at Grade C or above.
