AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. Job Summary

AECOM has an immediate opening for Forklift Operators at USMC Augmentation at Barstow, Ca.

Operate a manually controlled gasoline, electric or liquid propane gas powered forklift to transport goods and materials of all kinds about a warehouse, manufacturing plant, or other establishment.

Essential Responsibilities:

1) Shall operate manually controlled gasoline, electric, walk behind or liquid propane gas powered forklifts to transport materials of all kinds within warehouses and industrial areas.

2) Must demonstrate the ability to operate lifts in tight congested areas within the industrial compound.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

  • One or two years related experience. Relevant experience gained in commercial supply position is acceptable.

  • Must maintain forklift license/certification as condition of employment.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) if required.

  • Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background security check.
