Job Summary

Due to expansion the AECOM internal recruitment team is currently seeking talented recruitment professionals to be based in our Bangalore, India office.

Successful candidates will be experienced recruiters who will provide a high standard of internal recruitment service AECOM’s throughout EMIA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing full-cycle recruitment services and support to various business leaders within the Global Design Centre.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Delivering end to end recruitment, to best practice standards.

  • Ensuring all open roles and candidate activity is captured in the applicant tracking system in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Supporting recruitment across the Middle East

  • Working as part of the Talent Acquisition Team.

  • Providing market knowledge and expertise of talent acquisition process and strategies.

  • Taking the lead on the recruitment life cycle of delegated roles by working to shortlist and pre-screen suitable candidates.

  • Responsibility for maintaining accurate and timely data in AGRS on a real time basis.

  • Optimizing job postings and screening questions for marketability for both internal and external positions

  • Preparing candidates for interviews with the Hiring Manager.

  • Helping to ensure a positive experience for the candidate.

  • Positively positioning AECOM to candidates.

Minimum Requirements

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ideally, a mix of both agency and in-house recruiting.

  • Sound knowledge of construction/engineering recruitment.

  • A flexible and proactive approach.

  • Strong team-orientation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).

  • Experience of using applicant tracking systems a MUST HAVE .

  • Experience in recruiting for The Middle East in a fast paced recruitment environment

  • Ability to communicate with staff and candidates of different levels and nationalities.

  • Strong knowledge of the national industry base and experience recruiting for the engineering industry is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications Bachelors’ degree plus a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience.
