Job Summary

The Buildings + Places Division of AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Designer to join our office in Baltimore, MD.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops solutions for routine technical problems with limited scope. Works is closely supervised. Follows specific detailed instructions. Coordinating architectural and engineering discipline designs

  • Design documentation using 2-D and 3-D computer software programs

  • Construction document production including work directed by others

  • Quality Control activities for all architectural and engineering elements on a project

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Initiated Architectural Registration process

  • Experience on all phases and aspects of complex scale projects required.

  • Knowledge of project design and construction documentation and construction materials

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Rhino preferred, but not required.

  • LEED AP- Sustainability, resiliency and/or climate adaptation experience preferred, but not a requirement

  • Travel flexibility up to 20%
