Position Title Architect I
United States of America - Maryland
The Buildings + Places Division of AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Architect to join our office in Baltimore, MD.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Develops solutions for routine technical problems with limited scope. Works is closely supervised. Follows specific detailed instructions. Coordinating architectural and engineering discipline designs
Design documentation using 2-D and 3-D computer software programs
Construction document production including work directed by others
Quality Control activities for all architectural and engineering elements on a project
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
3+ years of experience
Experience on all phases and aspects of complex scale projects required.
Knowledge of project design and construction documentation and construction materials
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
Experience in Rhino preferred, but not required.
LEED AP- Sustainability, resiliency and/or climate adaptation experience preferred, but not a requirement
Travel flexibility up to 20%
