Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the EAGLE Afghanistan contract for a

Quality Control Coordinator . Coordinates and integrates all project based Quality activities required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Ensures that program documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. Supports Quality Control with monitoring and reporting compliance with POPs, SOPs, Work Instructions, and project objectives. Assists Senior Management in the implementation of companywide related programs and initiatives. Refine and where necessary, develops new metrics and reporting systems to track effectiveness of all ACFIRST project support initiatives for the Quality department. Works closely with other leaders in a team environment to develop, coordinate, manage and communicate activities for the company. Manages storage facility boxes and orders supplies. Responds to inquiries about the policies and procedures from other staff members. Maintains, manages, and updates the military Personnel Status Report. Assembles spreadsheets and converts them to graphic formats to illustrate financial data. Analyses project financial reports and raw information from local sources, OnPoint, and other databases to identify anomalies, produce spending trends, reports, charts, graphs for project Senior Management and the Government as directed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Three years of progressively more responsible human resources or similar experience, with an emphasis on implementing companywide programs.

  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: (Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to two (2) years of college and vice versa.

  • NACI / Tier 1

  • Must be able to influence without direct authority through building effective partnerships throughout the organization.

  • Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees.

  • Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment.

  • Must have a high-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflows are managed efficiently and accurately.

  • Must be able resolve problems and reason through issues.

  • Must possess excellent attention to detail.

  • Must be able to multi-task.

  • Must be able to conduct oneself in a professional/courteous manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
