Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the EAGLE contract for a Property Book Team Chief .The Chief overseas the management and supervision of allocated personnel resources. Primary customer interface through an assigned Property Book Officer/ Responsible Officer (RO) Customer satisfaction. Contractual and corporate compliance of work performed. Planning, organization and execution or all property accountability and asset visibility activities. Schedules and monitors operations. Providing direction and guidance as required. Individual training / certification programs. Implementation and maintenance of corporate initiatives Maintains quality systems corporate values and ethics. Individual performance goals, and reviews Inventory preparations, conduct, documentation, and reporting. Compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines.

Operates and maintains tactical and non-tactical equipment. Maintain a consistent data integrity rate of 90% of all transactions conducted. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.

  • Must be a United States citizen and have SECRET clearance eligibility.

  • Must have 10 years of related experience (management, asset visibility, and property management).

  • In depth knowledge of US Army logistics programs, concepts, methodologies, and relationships pertaining to supply /property book accountability and logistics operations.

  • Knowledgeable and highly skilled in the use and operation of Property Book Unit Supply – Enhanced (PBUSE) and its relationships to other Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) programs.

  • Experience at the division property book level desired.

  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and

  • vice versa.

  • Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE). Certificate is required.

  • SSN-LIN Automated Management & Integrating System (SLAMIS)

  • Standard Army Maintenance System – Enhanced (SAMS-E). Certificate is required.

  • Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) Capabilities such as:

  • Logistics Integrated Data Base (LIDB)

  • Integrated Logistic Analysis Program (ILAP)

  • Enhanced Dollar Cost Banding (EDCB)

  • Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)/FEDLOG

  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint, and other software programs to assist with special projects, process business unit invoices, and other compliance programs.

  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • U.S. Army 92A or 92Y preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
