AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the MOSC-A contract for a Process Coordinator/Inspector . The Inspector must possess the ability to perform general equipment inspection and prepare necessary documentation. (automated and manual) to account for property through hand-receipt holder level. Identifies equipment status to include completeness, serviceability, and accountability. Verifies part numbers, general quantity or condition, and label or data plate information. Supports various stock/supply actions such as audits and inventory. Preserves equipment, wraps, covers, boxes, crates, and/or marks all material received for storage. Stores material in appropriate/assigned locations ensuring storage site meets weight capacity, space, and security requirements. Moves materials from receiving area to storage/issue area. Performs field-level maintenance activities, including but not limited to, Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), and operator level functions. Moves equipment in support of maintenance requirements, to include exercising and transport to source of repair. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.

  • Must be a United States citizen and have SECRET clearance eligibility.

  • 3-5 years’ of experience is required.

  • Must possess knowledge of standardized supply regulations, policies, procedures or other written or verbal Instructions relating to receipt and/or issue of stock on property items.

  • Must possess the ability to perform a range of standard and non-standard clerical assignments and to resolve recurring problems and possess knowledge of PBUSE data entry. PBUSE certificate required.

  • Must possess the ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levels.

  • Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.

  • Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and around tight deadlines.

  • Specialized knowledge and skills:

  • Must have data entry level knowledge of Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) Certificate is required.

  • Must be proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Sharepoint).

  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • .U.S. Army 92A or 92Y preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
