AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the MOSC-A contract for an Operations Supervisor-TPE . The Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the planning and directing of organizational operations.Responsible to assist the Operations Manager - Supply in translating goals into work assignments Resource requirements determination and integration of available internal and external assets (workforce composition, structure, and equipment necessary to accomplish specified tasks).

Executes and disseminates direction/requirements coordinating program priorities with higher commands and providing guidance and direction to assigned personnel Assists the Operations Manager - Supply in the review of manpower requirements and establishes workload priorities for the program.Recommends internal priorities at assigned level, monitor operations, and provide management data and reports as required.Provides coordination and supervision, planning and operations, administration, training and logistical support to contract personnel on the effort.De-conflicts competing requirements, develop and recommend execution timelines, including pre-execution training, plans and programs.Evaluate required internal training functions; provide review analysis, and evaluation of both internal and external guidance, concept plans, operational plans, and mission execution.

After Action Reviews Policy and standards review for operational effectiveness, efficiency, and impact. Property Accountability Technical expert. Recommend internal priorities at assigned level, monitor operations, and provide management data and reports as required.Interfaces with government customer to ensure contract requirements and satisfaction are met and obtained. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.

  • Must be a United States citizen and have SECRET clearance eligibility..

  • Must possess no less than 5 years of management, asset visibility and property management experience.

  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.

  • Must be highly familiar with Property Book Unit Supply – Enhanced (PBUSE) / GCSS-A. Certificate required.

  • Must possess in-depth expert knowledge of U.S. Army logistics and supply program relationships, concepts and methodologies pertaining to supply/property book accountability and supply areas of logistics operations.

  • Must have organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levels.

  • Property Book Unit Supply – Enhanced (PBUSE)

  • Standard Army Maintenance System - Enhanced (SAMS-E). Certificate is required.

  • Logistics information Warehouse (LIW) Capabilities such as:

  • Logistics Integrated Database (LIDB)

  • Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP)

  • Enhanced Dollar Cost Banding (EDCB)

  • Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS/FEDLOG)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint), and other software programs to assist with special projects, process business unit invoices, and other compliance programs.

  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • US Army 92A or 92Y preferred.

  • 10 years of experience with Army Unit Property Accountability processes is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
