AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity on the MOSC-A contract for a Asset Visibility Technician in Afghanistan. The Technician performs analysis logistical operations in supply accountability and asset visibility procedures, and the resolution of issues. Works within the framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines. Monitors, tracks TPE to Organizational property transfers, Class VII by Rolling Stock (RS) and Non-rolling Stock (NRS), and Class VII by Source of Supply (SOS). Tracks the Army R3 Top 20 Prioritization for assets across the CJOA. Performs property transfers data analysis, preparing detailed in depth analysis, depicting the findings in power point charts. Perform serial number searches using LIW, PBUSE, conducting historical serial number queries matching items to the FLIPL database. Performs analysis of equipment on hand requirements (Class IX, VIII, VII, IV and II) identifying potential shortages. Conducts monthly data base purges associated with the TPE Planner. Monitors performance measures, the number of documents processed and overall team performance. Tracks key performance indicators. Prepares inventory documentation and reporting. Tracks 401st PRHR UIC’s monitoring on-hand quantities for RS Total, RS nominates, RS not nominated and use the same elements for the non-rolling stock. Ensures compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines. Maintain a consistent data integrity rate of 90% of all transactions conducted. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.

  • Needs to understand how to query, import/export excel files into a searchable data base.

  • Must be a United States citizen and have SECRET clearance eligibility.

  • Must possess knowledge and experience in the use of Property Book Unit Supply – Enhanced (PBUSE) and Web Logistics Integrated Database (WEBLIDB). A certificate is required for PBUSE.

  • Must possess the ability to prepare necessary documentation (automated and manual) to provide visibility of property utilizing the Consolidated Property Listing (CPL) for data queries.

  • Must possess working knowledge of PBUSE skills necessary to complete required tasks. Must be able to extract data elements from the CPL.

  • Must possess knowledge of standardized supply regulations, policies and procedures or other applicable guidance relating to receipt and/or issue of stock or property items.

  • Must have knowledge/experience with the Logistics Integrated Database (LIDB), and Logistics Integrated Warehouse.

  • Must have organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills.

  • Must possess the ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levels.

  • Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.

  • Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and around tight deadlines.

  • Must have Computer Skills: Property Book Unit Supply – Enhanced (PBUSE)

  • Must have Logistics information Warehouse (LIW) Capabilities such as:

  • WEB Logistics Integrated Database (WEBLIDB)

  • Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP)

  • Enhanced Dollar Cost Banding (EDCB)

  • Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS/FEDLOG)

  • Must be proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint), and other software programs to assist with special projects, process business unit invoices, and other compliance programs.

  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four to six years of related computer data analysis experience is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • U.S. Army 92A or 92Y preferred.
