Job Summary

As a Junior Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors at reception, answering switchboard calls and assisting with various administration tasks. This is a really great position for someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys providing a high level of customer service and loves to go the ‘extra mile’ when helping others.

Day to day responsibilities will include;

  • Booking meeting rooms

  • Booking taxis

  • Validating car parking tickets

  • Distributing mail

  • Arranging couriers

  • Issuing security access cards

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate;

  • Previous experience in a reception and/or administration role, ideally in a professional services environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • Demonstrated time management and organisation skills.

  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • English language skills
