About the Business Line

Program, Cost, Consultancy

We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public- and private-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.

Job Summary

This is an important role within our Auckland office providing professional, high quality project administration support to the Buildings + Places team.

Primary functions of the role will be:

  • Providing day to day facilities coordination.

  • Providing high quality secretarial support and assistance.

  • Database management.

  • General administration tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

We are seeking a self-starter, keen on providing a professional and high quality approach to their work. To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous administration experience.

  • Confident and friendly, with a professional and polite manner.

  • Proactive and demonstrate initiative and commitment to the role.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good organisational skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle or similar experience would be beneficial.
