Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.
AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented and hardworking Senior Project Manager for immediate employment in the Arlington, VA office.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Support a lead Program Manager as a Deputy providing pre-construction and construction phase services
Act as an owner's agent supporting a Federal agency on a nationwide facilities program
Management of facility condition assessments
Maintenance and operations oversight
Budget development and tracking
Change order management
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience
10+ years of relevant industry experience as a Project Manager providing Pre-Construction and Construction Phase services, managing multiple projects up to $10 million in construction value within a program
Experience working on renovation or modernization of interior building projects
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, work independently, and work in a team environment
Experience working as a Project Manager with a Federal Agency, GSA or educational facilities
Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required
- Estimating and CPM scheduling experience
