About the Business Line
Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.
AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Analyst (Project Manager) for immediate employment in Arlington.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Form teams and proactively coordinate numerous items on a schedule
Review and evaluate the project schedule
Read and interpret contract requirements and read engineering drawings
Collect, analyze and compare work performance with contract requirements and to make recommendations to for any performance issues
Support the Pentagon Building Management Office (PBMO) in the project management of maintenance and repair building infrastructure projects
Support other efforts, as assigned to include organizational assessment, strategic planning, mission analysis, and project development services
Strategic planning for technology programs and activities involves the definition, interpretation, and development of high-level organizational technical engineering performance requirements for the successful execution of tasks, projects and programs; and the development and implementation of processes in support of the organizational mission at the macro or micro scales
Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience
10+ years of construction management work experience
Advanced knowledge and experience in Construction Project Management best practices with experience in Cost Estimating
Expertise in building electrical systems
Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
US citizenship required
Familiarity with Design Build contracts
Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software
