Job Summary

AECOM is currently seeking a high-energy Recruiting Coordinator who is Bi-lingual in Spanish to support accelerated hiring in our Southern region. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our recruiting efforts in the Southeast, DC Metro and Latin America and will support the full recruiting lifecycle by working closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers across all business lines to ensure a fast, efficient, and accurate recruiting process.

The Recruiting Coordinator is an administrative role with responsibilities including:

  • Working closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and human resources to ensure a smooth requisition creation process

  • Creating accurate, well written and informative job requisitions

  • Providing administrative support to the recruiting function and the Talent Acquisition Managers

  • Assisting in coordination of recruiting events

  • Posting positions on niche job and college recruiting sites

  • Assisting in socializing open positions on social media platforms

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of recruiting practices and procedures

  • Ability to handle high level of confidentiality and common sense regarding employee information

  • Proficient computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Well-developed problem solving skills and extremely high level of attention to detail; responsible for meeting quality standards

  • Exceptional customer service skills and follow through

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to independently prioritize tasks

  • Fully fluent in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a human resources or recruiting environment

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system
