Job Summary

AECOM has an opportunity for a Logistics Analyst to support our program in Annapolis Junction, MD. The Analyst will report to our Director of Construction and will support our domestic and overseas construction activities. The selected candidate will receive and coordinate material deliveries; match invoices, receive documents and purchase requisitions with materials, tools and equipment received; organize existing tool, material inventories and warehouse space; maintain a safe work environment; validate receipt of materials, equipment and tools with the administrative department for invoice payment; coordinate with construction personnel on assignment of tools and assist with material; assist with material and equipment loadout; coordinate with warehouse vendor for scheduled deliveries and project loadout; create and maintain computer based tool inventories; create and maintain computer based excess material inventories; receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided; and develop load plans for the overseas projects with the assistance of construction management staff.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related job field

  • 5 or more years of job related experience or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication skills; inter personal; organizational and analytical skills.

  • Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required.

  • Position may require travel.

  • Must be able to pass and maintain a TS Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active TS Security clearance is preferred.
