Position Title Communications and Action Officer

AECOM has an opportunity for a Communications and Actions Officer at our program in Alice Springs, Australia. The Communications and Actions Officer performs a broad range of administrative duties in support of the Program Management Office. The selected candidate will coordinate the preparation, submission and tracking of CDRLs and Metrics for the OASIS Program; prepare agendas and attend the Required Meetings, the Managers Meeting, and other meetings as directed by the Program Manager, for the purpose of preparing meeting minutes; maintain the OASIS Program Calendar to include, as a minimum, Required Meetings; coordinate comments and track to resolution Special Emphasis Criteria and Award Fee comments requiring corrective action; prepare and distribute OASIS Program staff communications e.g. newsletter, cascade briefings; maintain and distribute the OASIS Organizational Chart; monitor, draft and coordinate responses to PMO from OASIS staff; create and publish screensaver communications and maintain OASIS bulletin boards; support accurate employee data in SPEAR and coordinate Accountability exercises; support the timely and correct submission of SOCOM messaging; and perform other duties as requested.
Certificate IV: Administration
5-7 years of experience in an administrative role where high level communication skills, detail orientation and the preparation of communications are critical to successful performance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance.
Undergraduate Degree: Business Administration.
First Aid training.
