AECOM is hiring qualified Production Control Clerk in support of USMC Depot Augmentation - Albany, GA.
Employee will play a role in an analytical cell providing support in identifying, developing and executing material requirements and collaborating with wholesale suppliers to ensure requirements are met. Duties will include collecting, compiling, analyzing and recording material supply and logistics data from DoD Integrated Logistics Systems and Technical Manuals to assist in inventory level maintenance, inventory reduction, and material requirements. Employee will perform data entry within complex Excel workbooks and will extract data from these workbooks to prepare reports for management’s review.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and taste and smell. Frequently lifts items weighing 15-25 pounds and occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, extreme heat and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; extreme heat or cold; and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud, or may include unsafe conditions, in which case questioning nonstandard operations or environmental factors that may involve unmitigated hazards, and providing feedback to supervisors and managers on all safety issues. Night work may be required. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. Position may require travel.

Procedure Compliance - Each employee must read, understand and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job.
High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years experience of production/planning data accumulation and reporting, either in the military services or in commercial applications is required. Knowledge of governing programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals or established guidelines. Analytical ability to define problems, collect necessary data and establish facts and to take or recommend action based upon applicable established guidelines.
Must have ability to collect, compile, analyze and record data from multiple sources.
Must have a basic understanding of DoD supply system.
Must possess problem-solving skills.
Must be able to understand and read Technical Manuals.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, complex environment..
Must be able to operate Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Must have ability to summarize analysis and prepare reports for review.
Must have understanding of military and civilian rank structure.
Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be self-motivated.
Must work well as a team member to meet organization and command goals.
Will be required to take and pass an Excel assessment test in order to be considered for hire.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Must be able to process routine reports, and must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.
This position requires a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Common Access Card (CAC) or Rapid Gate Pass.
Must be a US citizen.
