Job Summary

Savannah River Remediation, an LLC of AECOM, is seeking a Project Controls Manager to be based in our Aiken, SC location.

Manages and holds overall responsibility of all cost/schedule control systems and associated reporting for assigned functional area(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and/or plans cost and schedule (work breakdown structure) metrics and tools, collects performance data (installed quantities, expended labor hours, and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract work), tracks data (daily cost compilation and monitoring), analyzes (earned value, productivity, critical path and risk analysis), and generates reports.

  • Leads the identification and tracking of changes or potential changes to project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and impact to schedule are given visibility with the client and project management.

  • Integrates cost and schedule data and reporting with the company’s accounting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals.

  • Participates in change control management, document control management, and critical path method network analysis.

  • Manages a group of project controls specialists providing work direction, leadership, and employee development. Contributes to the hiring process and salary administration.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience with engineering, procurement and/or construction projects or in operating industrial facilities. Must possess both cost and schedule experience.

  • Due to the nature of the work, candidate must be US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Line Item/Capital Asset Project experience with preparing Critical Decision packages

  • DOE Order 413.3 experience

  • EIA-748C Earned Value Management experience

  • Field experience

  • Experience in guiding major estimates
